![]() ![]() It's hard to move through 5~7 stops, manually, fast enough to not allow the scene to change enough to make it so different that a tonemap becomes a problem without having to heavily process the photos to make them blend in the first place. This is true, but not always possible and is dictated by content.ĭo a 7 frame shot at 1 stop intervals of a scene with the sky, plants, sky, clouds, etc, and when you try to blend them together with the time between each of the 7 frames allowing movement, you end up with a mess of ghosting, or worse, clouds completely in a new spot by the time you get to your last frame. ![]() The question is how much automation do you need? Don't let the firmware restrict you. Any camera on which you can adjust shutter speed and ISO allows you to bracket as many shots as you want. ![]()
